In the north-western part of Central London partly in the City of Westminster and partly in the London Borough of Camden, Regent's Park is one of the Royal Parks of London.
Though Regents Park is possibly the most refined of London's parks it is a vibrant and lively place in summer - and a greta place for your short let!. It is the largest grass area for sports in Central London and offers a wide variety of activities, as well as an Open Air Theatre, the London Zoo and many cafes and restaurants.
The park has an outer ring road called the Outer Circle and an inner ring road called the Inner Circle, which surrounds the most carefully tended sections of the park. The south, east and most of the west side of the park are lined with elegant white stucco terraces of houses designed by John Nash. Immediately to the north of Regent's Park lies Primrose Hill, a park with fine views of Westminster and the City.
From my point of view, the level of personalisation and standard of service Draker provide - all the way from how they market and present themselves via the actual selling effort and through to the performance of back office tasks - is unrivalled in the Lettings sector.
