Care
Starting with our own wellbeing we believe that passing this on to our clients and customers as well as each other builds a stronger and more enjoyable workplace. We insist on a care-based approach from all Draker stakeholders and regularly train on this important aspect of what makes us special.
Performance
Apart from service, this is the highest priority of our Landlord and Tenants. We put performance at the forefront of our culture by always being pro-active, hard-working and thoughtful with how we use our time while at work.
Fun
Put simply, we only like to work with positive professionals who can inject energy and enthusiasm into their working day. This group effort and mindfulness creates a great workplace for everyone and a better experience for our clients.
