Instantly download safety certificates and check expiry dates. Receive reminders 30 days before expiry and renew your certificates automatically.

Access marketing details and download your photographs

Take a look at your marketing details before anyone else and check that we have captured the facts and features that make your property special. You can also download free copies of your photographs and floorplans.

Pay invoices instantly

Using secure open banking technology, you can settle any invoices quickly and safely by simply clicking on a link at the bottom of any invoice. You will then receive an instant receipt of payment by email.

Tenancy details

From tenancy start and end dates and renewal terms to your tenant's name and contact details, view everything in one place.

You can also view the correct Draker point of contact on every page of your portal at any time before during or after each tenancy.
