Being able to clearly display rent affordability is often crucial to a landlord’s approval of a tenancy. Your landlord may request rent to be paid in advance should your professional profile or financial position be unclear.

Open Banking is a connection to your bank via an API link via your banking app or website to either pay an invoice or to give banking information. We generate the secure link for you to connect to by sending an email.

It is one of the most secure ways to share information or pay your bills as it cannot be intercepted by a third party in the same way that emails and invoices often are.

Invoice payment

Using a secure link or unique QR code you can pay any invoice directly from your UK bank to us securely, instantly, and free of charge.

An employment reference should be presented on headed paper, or an email sent from an authorised company representative such as a member of the HR department.

The letter/email should be professionally written and contain the following information:

1. Name of applicant
2. Position within the company
3. Length of employment
4. Salary (if appropriate)
