If let furnished, how each item of furniture is arranged and how soft furnishings are used in your marketing images can really enhance the performance of your investment.

We have introduced our free styling service for all clients (subject to availability) to ensure that when our in-house team produce your photos and floorplans, each room is carefully styled to guarantee the best images for you.

How It Works

Simply liaise with your Draker manager to request styling with your next set of marketing photographs. Our photographer will then come to your property with our stylist who will ensure that your furniture and soft furnishings are arranged perfectly before each room is photographed.

Our In-House Stylist - Anders Olsson

After leaving his home country of Sweden, Anders embarked on a career in styling, primarily working with OKA for almost 17 years.

Working with an experienced team, Anders has co-ordinated and styled thousands of images for OKA print and online marketing. The chances are, if you have seen an OKA catalogue over the last 10 years, Anders has been the person behind the image, working with experienced interior photographers to generate a stunning and interesting visual story.

We were thrilled when Anders agreed to join Draker, providing these same skills for our valued clients.

DRESS TO LET

Get your property to the highest standard for photography and viewings with our new Dress to Let service.

In line with The Draker Look (low cost, minimal, fresh, and stylish), we will provide bedlinen, soft furnishings such as pictures, cushions, and decorative items to enhance the photography and viewings of your property. Our aim will be to generate a higher level of interest and achieve a better price.

We will allow you to keep these items until your property is let, upon which you will have the option to purchase all items at cost price plus a 10% (plus VAT) carriage charge*.

The carriage charge covers the time it will take to replace all purchased items.

FURNISH TO LET

Do you want to furnish your property but don’t have the time or experience? Give your rental that much needed boost to ensure a better price and tenant?

It is no secret that well-presented, furnished properties can often get the lion’s share of the tenant market. Showing a tenant how good your property can look can boost the level of activity that you get and most importantly support the best possible rent that a tenant is willing to pay.

The secret, in our opinion, is to furnish a property without overspending, ensuring that you get the maximum visual impact without wasting money. Our Furnish to Let service does just that. Our stylist will create a look for you that is minimal and affordable.
