Tenancy agreements (often several per tenancy), renewal documents, gas and electrical safety certificates (and renewal thereof) and numerous rent statements to name but a few that you need to keep track of.

Times are changing and many of our clients now also need help and support to ensure that they are organized and legally compliant throughout their tenancy. With this in mind, we decided to build you a bespoke user-friendly system that enables you to have more visibility and control throughout the rental process. A system that supports and fills in some of the gaps but does not replace us and the service that we give you. After two years of investment and development we are ready to present the first version of The Portal to you.
